The Air Jordan 9, famous for being the shoe linked to Jordan’s first retirement in 1993, is one of the retro offerings from Jordan Brand’s archives for 2022. Following the “Chile Red” and “Particle Grey” colorways, the highly anticipated “Fire Red” design will now be introduced on the AJ 9.
We first saw the three colors in June, the white leather dominates the midfoot, vamp, and tongue construction, while a glossy grey color covers the mudguard, heel counter, and inner mesh. The titular Crimson shades are added in various accents such as eye stays, pull tab, and branding on the heel tab. The white sole unit is also decorated with these Crimson accents.
The “Fire Red” Air Jordan 9 will be available in adult and grade school sizes on November 23rd. In the meantime, check out the official images below.
